Using App Store Connect and Google Play Console is not always easy. The App Store Manager abstracts and simplifies various accesses. Nevertheless, some peculiarities of the stores must be taken into account.

API Access is set up
A first app is maintained
A subscription to the App Store Manager that meets the requirements has been purchased.
Ensure that the API access is set up correctly.

Double-check the access rights within Google Drive.
Validate the Link (by clicking on it). Is the file available?
Is the spelling correct?
Check the structure of the Screenshot file template.
The structure must remain as specified in the template, e.g., locales and subfolders cannot be modified.
Use the original template for iOS or Android screenshot uploads.
Before uploading screenshots to a specific language in Google Play Console, ensure that the title, short description, and description are present for this particular language. You may upload the app descriptions with the App Store Manager or add the information manually.
Already existing languages, with complete descriptions, can be just updated.
All fields (title, description, short description) are required if you add languages not yet available on Google Play Console.
Ensure they are all present in your upload.
Before you can upload metadata to App Store Connect, manually create an editable version within App Store Connect.
Navigate to App Store Connect, add a new version to your app and ensure the app is in "Prepare for submission" before you start the App Store Manager metadata upload.
App Store Connect doesn't allow emojis or other characters within the descriptions.
Ensure there are no invalid characters in your app's metadata.
Select the correct track or provide the version code.
Validate that you have set all the for uploading Android release notes.
